A detached building of classical lines, fronting a long boulevard. Its façade seeks a monumentality worthy of the large public space: the ground floor has three rounded arches surmounted by the upper floor which is very high-ceilinged and with three high openings (corresponding to the floor behind) with curved lintels. Its mouldings reach up to the parapet at the top of the building.
