Lookout Tower
Dahar Entegusef, North Africa, Marocco
Military Architecture
According to the archaeological inventory of 1948, Patrice Cressier mentioned archaeological remains of Portuguese origin in this place. It may have been nothing more than a lookout tower, connected to a broader defensive system. Its location is uncertain but was supposedly near Azrou Jidar.
On Cressier’s interpretation of the Portuguese origins of the place other entries can be consulted (Azrou Maheli and Beni Boufrah).
