This building with a 19th-century appearance is situated by the town’s main square and has two towers with domes and pinnacles flanking a central body surmounted by a triangular pediment. The body has three bays on each of the two floors. Built in the late 18th century, it was rebuilt after 1890 and inaugurated in 1898.
