By João Simões, from 1946 – a single-storey building, of symmetrical composition and volume, with a wide roof and eaves; its main body features a triangular pediment surrounded by two roofed verandas with direct access from outside, that follows the common neo-traditional style of the so-called architecture of the Estado Novo.
