The lighthouse is recognizable from a postcard from around 1920. The image shows a metal cylindrical structure with cantilevered, riveted steel beams, divided into three levels: the base, with the entrance; an in-between narrow balcony, and the lantern. It is documented in a postcard of 1920. Its present condition is ignored.
