This church is located on the southern edge of the central area of the town fronting the sea. Although of a plain expression, with a straight triangular pediment surmounting the entrance, the tower topped by a spire serves an important festive function and has a high anthropological value. In front of it, the Autos de Floripes a medieval play of unknown origin with a significant popular participation inspired by Charlemagne legends and medieval myths is celebrated every August 15.
