The building stands on the central square of the historical nucleus between the coastal road and the Church of Rosary. In architectural terms it is a typical 19th century style house with two storey and a series of bays in the façade and a traditional structure in plaster and whitewashed masonry. This building must be the former Town Hall, mooted since the beginning of the 1890s and rebuilt with a project of 1897.
