It is a huge two-storey house in 19th century style, with arched bays on the ground floor and bays with curved lintels on the upper floor. On the northern side, a sheltered veranda runs along the upper floor, featuring a row of arcades in reinforced concrete, corresponding to a roofed gallery on the ground floor. It was in ruins in 2001, awaiting restoration. The building standed on the square fronting the bay to the north, but must have been demolished (2011).
