An elegant construction for residential purposes, with a 19th century appearance, it has a ground floor surrounded by a covered veranda resting on slender wood pillars. The wide ceiling, using Marseille-like shingles, stretches along the above-mentioned verandas, with a eaves bordered by an ogee composed of wraparound, moduled elements, with indented ornamental motifs – in the style of the romantic chalet. It was in a reasonably good state of preservation in 2001.
