A building along the lines of the single-family house of traditional/modern design characteristic of the 1950s in Portugal. It must have a structure in reinforced concrete. It has two floors, with porch and corner veranda, and its bays have frames with protruding, crosscut vertical planes similar to the “modern fashion” of the 1950s.
