A single-storey masonry building with two volumes (topped by curved pediment with traditional Portuguese eaves) connecting a central three-arched porch. There is a side gallery of rounded arcades. It is along the lines of the Portuguese Traditional Style (a formalist transposition of the Casa Portuguesa style) wide-spread both in Portugal and in the colonies between 1920 and 1930.
