A two-storey building with modern design, possibly dating from the 1950s-1960s, it boasts a series of huge elegant pillars that extend over the two floors. Above the ground floor entrance is a central monumental balcony of reinforced concrete. A horizontal concrete moulding extends around the entire building which has a tiled hipped roof. It was recently restored.
