It is a typical family house with modern lines: a two-storey geometrical building supported by piloti which rests on columns with a roof in the shape of a butterfly wing (i.g. contrary to tradition, the two slopes converge in the centre of the building). The ground floor includes a pharmacy. It was designed by Castro Rodrigues prior to 1967.
