The building is a work in modernist expresion with a series of structural beams and pillars that emphasize the repetitive and modulated rhythms of the façade. It is in the official model for school buildings practiced in the colony (with the modernist projects by the Office for Colonial Urbanization) which insisted on deep technical solutions the formal through structural elements.
