A modernist building with a set of sloping roof lines this was planned for the the Direcção dos Serviços de Aeronautica Civil (civil aviation authority) by architect José Manuel da Silva Carvalho Fava who worked freelance in Luanda between 1966 and 1975. It was built in 1968 and was recently restored.
