Building assemble erected in the mid-twentieth century during the construction of the local dam these buildings provided housing and other public facilities. The building of the electric power substation of Kambambe stands out from the hydro-electrical park adjoining the levee. It must be a work from around 1969 (or perhaps before), with its typical modern design in reinforced concrete with dominant horizontal lines resting on pilotis (forming a ground-level roofed gallery) and a façade, completely covered with panels that control light and heat, connected one side with another vertical element tower-shaped. The bridge in the vicinity of the dam is also worthy of note. It has a structure of reinforced concrete with an impressive structural design.
