This is made up of a series of pavillions of modern design dominated by a basically square-shape two-storey block supported on piloti, the façade of the upper floor being totally composed of a series of vertical concrete shade panels, of a highly original design in terms of both texture and arrangement. It is said to be in the process of being restored.
