Located near the important street (perhaps dating from the 16th century) which connects the Palácio Square to the Field of São Gabriel, this is a building notable for the long masonry arcade that extends along the main floor. It is an example of the manor-house model as used in an urban context, and is well adapted to the materials and typologies of the region. The façade, running along the street, is significantly ruined.
